Coconut Cream Ritz Cake

Ingredients
- 50 crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 1⁄2 cups walnut pieces
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 6 egg whites
Topping
- 1 pint whipped cream (sweetened to taste)
- flaked coconut
Directions
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in walnuts and Ritz cracker crumbs.
- Put in well-greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Spread evenly.
- Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (Check after 15 or 20 minutes).
- Let cool.
- Spread with whipped cream.
- Shake coconut over top.
