Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup toasted coconut
Directions
- Melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler.
- Stir in peanuts and coconut.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined tray.
- Refrigerate until firm.
