Coconut Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 4 precooked chicken breasts, shredded (use whatever spices you prefer)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup coconut milk (this is an approximation)
- basmati rice, precooked
Directions
- Warm up the chicken in the tomato sauce. Add the coconut milk but do not let it come to a boil. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
