Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 10 walnuts, to decorate
Directions
- Heat oven at 180°C.
- Beat eggwhites and sugar until stiff.
- Fold in coconut and nuts.
- Bake in round 26cm tray for 25 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in bain marie and cover the cake with chocolate.
- Decorate with walnut-halfes.
- Serve with whipped cream.
