Coconut Brownies

Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- icing sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
- Line 20cm tin with paper.
- Melt butter then add cocoa and then stir in sugar.
- Add one egg and stir well.
- Add other egg then coconut and vanilla.
- Sift flour and baking powder and add to mix.
- Pour into tin.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
- Stand in tin 5 mins then turn out.
- When cold cut into bars and dust icing sugar.
