Coconut Biccis
Directions
- Place the 2 cups of coconut in a bowl.
- Separate the eggs put yolk in bowl with the coconut and the whites in another small bowl.
- Mix the egg yolk and coconut together.
- Whisk the egg whites and the sugar until they're stiff.
- Add the egg whites and sugar into the coconut and mix together.
- Spray a tray with oil.
- Spoon mixture onto tray.
- Cook in the oven for 10-25 minutes, on a very low heat, make sure they don't burn.
