Cocoa Pebble Cookies

A coworker gave me this great recipe for a very unique cookie. You can vary this recipe by using fruity pebble cereal and yellow cake mix or cocoa pebbles and chocolate cake mix. I usually make a batch of each for family functions. This recipe is so easy and is always a huge hit. Yabba-Dabba Do!

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4ounce) box  betty crocker  chocolate cake mix
• 1⁄2 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1  egg
• 3  cups  Cocoa Pebbles cereal

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix the cake mix, vegetable oil, water and egg until blended.
3. Add the cereal.
4. Drop the dough 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 11 minutes until the top starts to slightly brown.
6. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
7. When you store the cookies place a piece of bread in the container or bag, this will keep the cookies fresh.
