Directions

  1. Cream powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  2. add the flour, cornstarch and cocoa and beat at low speed until moistened.
  3. add pecans and vanilla.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Shape into 1" balls.
  6. Place 2" apart on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 325 deg for 8-12 minutes.
  8. Cool 1 minutes and remove from cookie sheet to cool completely.
  9. Mix Frosting and frost cookies and allow to set.
