Cocoa Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2⁄3 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup baking cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- In a large bowl mix together flour and shortening by hand.
- Next stir in by itself baking powder.
- Then add milk, eggs, vanilla, and cocoa.
- Blend by hand.
- Fill cupcake liners.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
