Cocoa Chile Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon McCormick Cocoa Chile Blend
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground oregano leaves
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
Directions
- Mix brown sugar, cocoa chile blend, garlic powder, salt and oregano in small bowl. Coat pork evenly with seasoning mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight for best flavor or at least for a couple of hours before cooking.
- Grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved, turning occasionally. (Or roast under broiler on center rack, watch closely and turn as necessary.).
- Transfer pork to cutting board. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
