Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup flaked coconut
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Cut in butter with shortening.
- Add eggs onwe at a time.
- Stif well.
- Form into a dough.
- Cut into 24 squares.
- Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350 for 20 minute.
