Cocktail Reubens

Ingredients

• 1 (2 1/2ounce) package  corn beef, chopped
• 2  ounces swiss cheese, finely shredded
• 1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
• 1⁄2 cup  thousand island dressing
• 24  slices  French bread, 1/4 inch

Directions

1. Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
2. Combine corn beef, cheese, sauerkraut and dressing mix well.
3. Place bread slices on a cookie sheet top with mixture.
4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
