Cocktail Meatballs

Yields: 20 meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄3 cup minced onion
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly
Directions
- Mix meat, crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, Worcestershire, pepper.
- Mix well.
- Shape into balls.
- Bake 350 20-25 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat chili sauce and grape jelly in a saucepan.
- Add meatballs (when done in the oven) and coat and simmer meatballs about 30 min uncovered.
