Coca Cola Roast in the Crock Pot

i don't have a clue where i got this recipe from, actually it is written on a napkin that is disintergrating. Try it, the end results are really good. Oh, yeah, it is easy!

Ingredients

• 3 -4  lbs  chuck roast, trimmed of fat
• 16  ounces ketchup
• 10  ounces  Coca-Cola

Directions

1. Place the roast in a slow cooker.
2. Mix cola and ketchup together.
3. Pour over roast.
4. Cover.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
