Ingredients
- 8 ounces leftover roast turkey, cut into bite sized pieces (shredded is OK)
- 1⁄2 cup leftover turkey gravy
- salt
- pepper
- 4 slices bread or 4 slices dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
Optional
- leftover stuffing and cranberry sauce
Directions
- Put leftover gravy into a small saucepan. Add turkey. Add stuffing and cranberry sauce if desired. Heat over medium until just starting to bubble.
- While turkey mixture is heating, toast bread or split rolls. Butter.
- Lay bread on plates and cover with generous dollop of turkey mixture. Eat while hot.
