Clint-Os BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups butter
- 2 1⁄2 cups diced onions
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
- 10 cups apple cider vinegar
- 10 cups tomato paste
- 2 1⁄2 cups Worcestershire sauce
- 3 1⁄2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 2 1⁄2 cups molasses
- 2⁄3 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 2⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 3 1⁄2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 cups Bourbon or 2 cups tennessee whiskey
Directions
- Melt butter,add onion and garlic. Saute until onions are golden brown. Stir remaining ingriediants. Reduce heat to low and cook til thickens.
