Directions

  1. Put butter and sugar in a thick-bottomed pan.
  2. Peel clementines and oranges and cut into quarters.
  3. Place in pan.
  4. Cook for 15mins over a high heat.
  5. If using pastry, roll out onto a floured surface, then place into flan dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 210°C (475°F).
  7. pour fruit and butter mixture into flan or pastry case, bae for 25 minutes
  8. Serve warm or cold, with custard or cream.
