Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup Stevia Truvia
- 1 egg
- 3⁄4 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup brown rice syrup
- butterscotch flavoring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- preheat oven to 375.
- mix dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
- blend applesauce and brown rice syrup in large bowl until blended.
- add egg, vanilla and butterscotch, blend well.
- slowly add dry ingredients into batter, mixing well.
- drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
- makes 50+ small bite size cookies.
