Clean Fudge

Ingredients

  • 12 cup almond butter or 12 cup  cashew  nut butter
  • 14 cup  cacao
  • 14 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2  tablespoons honey (more if you want sweeter) or 2  tablespoons  rice  malt syrup (more if you want sweeter)
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 13 cup  macadamia nuts

Directions

  1. Line a small plastic container with plastic cling wrap so that the plastic overhangs off the edges of the container (this will make the fudge easier to remove from the container).
  2. 2. Place all ingredients (except the macadamia nuts) in a food processor and process until smooth and well combined. Stir through the macadamia nuts.
  3. 3. Place the fudge in the plastic container and smooth the top.
  4. 4. Place the container in the freezer for 20 minutes or until it hardens.
  5. 5. Once the fudge hardens remove from the container and cut into bit size pieces.
  6. 6. Place the fudge in the fridge and keep refrigerated until ready to serve as it melts easily.
