Classic Whisky Sour

I first had this drink on my honeymoon and really enjoyed it. It's a nice drink with a 'zing' to it. You can use Simple Syrup #26987 in this recipe. Cheers!

• Yields: 1 glass

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 ounces  Canadian rye whisky
• 2  ounces  simple syrup
• 1  ounce lemon juice
• 1  ounce lime juice

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the whisky, the lemon and lime juices and the syrup.
2. Shake and strain into an iced rocks glass.
3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.
