Classic Greek Easter Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 cups butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 cups flour
Directions
- 1. Whip butter and confectionery sugar. Add eggs. .
- 2. Add flour until the dough pulls away form the sides. You don't want it too dry and certainly not too wet because you need to roll them out. .
- 3.Add the baking powder and vanilla.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Roll batter and "braid" the dough or form "S" shapes.
- Beat another egg and brush on cookies. Sprinkle sesame on top and bake for about 12 minutes.
