  1. 1. Whip butter and confectionery sugar.  Add eggs.  .
  2. 2. Add flour until the dough pulls away form the sides.  You don't want it too dry and certainly not too wet because you need to roll them out.  .
  3. 3.Add the baking powder and vanilla.
  4. Heat oven to 375.
  5. Roll batter and "braid" the dough or form "S" shapes.
  6. Beat another egg and brush on cookies.  Sprinkle sesame on top and bake for about 12 minutes.
