Classic Cheese Ball

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 cups old cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup green onion, chopped, tails included
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup walnuts, crushed
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except for nuts.
- Form into 2 balls.
- Roll into walnuts.
- Chill for 2 hours.
