  1. Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together in different bowl.
  3. Whisk wet into dry until just combined.
  4. Add 1 T oil to medium-hot pan.
  5. Drop 1/4 c batter into pan. Flip when bubbles begin to form.
