Classic Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup whole milk
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients together in different bowl.
- Whisk wet into dry until just combined.
- Add 1 T oil to medium-hot pan.
- Drop 1/4 c batter into pan. Flip when bubbles begin to form.
