Classic Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, on vine
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 6 ounces sourdough bread (4 slices)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Dice tomatoes and remove seeds.
- Add Basil and Garlic.
- Brush Olive Oil over sourdough.
- Grind salt and pepper over bread.
- Broil till Brown.
- Serve bread with tomatoes.
