Clams in Tomato

Ingredients
- 1 plum tomato
- 2 tablespoons canned minced clams, drained
- 1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
- lemon wedge
Directions
- Cut tomato in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds.
- Place 1 tablespoon of minced clams in each tomato half. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon horseradish and a squirt of lemon juice.
