Clam Dip With Vegetable Dippers

An easy dip to make. Cooking time is the refrigeration time.

Yields: 3 cups dip

Ingredients

  • 8  ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 12 ounces minced clams, drained and save broth
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 0.5 (2 3/4ounce) package  onion soup mix
  •  assorted fresh vegetable, for dippers

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and reserved clam liquid.
  2. Stir in clams, sour cream and dry soup mix.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve with vegetables.
