Claim Jumper Asian Pear Salad With Citrus Dressing

Ingredients

• 2  ounces mesclun
• 2  ounces candied walnuts
• 1  Asian pear, sliced
• 1  ounce blue cheese, crumbled
• 3⁄4 ounce red bell peppers or 3⁄4 ounce yellow bell pepper, Julienne

Directions

1. Combine ingredients for salad.
2. Toss and serve with 2 oz. Citrus Dressing.
