- Salt & pepper the cubed pork, toss with the flour. Heat oil, add floured pork and brown on all sides. When browned, add thyme, bay leaf and the broth. Cover. Lower heat to simmer for up to one hour. Stirring once in a while. Remove bay leaf before serving.
