Citrus Vinaigrette (Volumetrics)

Keeps up to five days in fridge. The sherry vinegar makes it mellow, if you can't find any use a mild vinegar like rice vinegar.

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup  orange juice
• 2  tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
• 2  tablespoons  extra-virgin olive oil
• 1  tablespoon water
• 1  tablespoon honey
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

1. Combine all and whisk or shake to blend. Use immediately, or refrigerate up to 5 days.
