Citrus Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded and sliced into fingers
- 1 cup flour, seasoned for coating (salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, to coat pan
- 1 cup Chinese duck sauce
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
Directions
- Place seasoned flour in ziplock bag - add chicken, zip and shake to coat.
- Heat oil in pan and brown chicken on both sides on medium heat.
- Remove chicken from pan and stir in duck sauce and lemon juice.
- Stir in chicken broth until desired thickness.
- Reduce heat and return chicken to pan and turn to coat with sauce.
- Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes and enjoy!
