Citrus Bars

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Line 9" square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2", then coat with cooking spray.
  3. At medium speed, beat flour, sour cream, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar & butter until combined.
  4. Press dough onto bottom of pan, & prick with fork.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. At low speed, beat eggs, whites, juices, zest, baking powder & 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar until combined.
  7. Pour over warm crust.
  8. Bake 40 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool on wire rack, & if desired, sprinkle with additional powdered sugar before cutting into bars.
