Cisco's Cafe Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 gallon water
- 1⁄8 cup salt
- 4 tablespoons white pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups Wesson Oil
- 1 quart tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons chicken base
- 1⁄8 cup garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons marjoram leaves
- 3⁄4 quart chili powder
roux
- 3⁄4 quart flour
- 1 quart water
Directions
- mix chicken base, water, salt, garlic powder, white pepper and marjoram.
- add oil chili powder and tomato sauce.
- bring to a roaring boil.
- add roux.
- let simmer 30 minutes.
