Cinnamon Walnuts - 3g Net Carbs

Ingredients
- 1 lb raw walnut halves
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
- 1 teaspoon sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon Splenda granular
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Place walnuts in crockpot.
- In small bowl, mix together the butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp sugar, splenda, and vanilla.
- Mix well and pour over walnuts, toss well to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours When done cooking, sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon over the nuts and toss well.
- **Cook's Tip - don't worry about the small amount of real sugar in this recipe; it makes the cinnamon coat the nuts so much better than without it. The carbs are still low, so relax!
