Cinnamon-Walnut Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup walnut pieces
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 2 1⁄4 cups plain flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
TOPPING
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 10 cup tube pan.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and butter together. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and chopped walnuts.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
- Add to sugar/egg mixture.
- Beat well.
- Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle with topping mix.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
