Cinnamon Swirled Bananas and Milk

I feel silly even posting this as a recipe because it is so simple. However, when I discovered this low-fat, healthy, sweet-satisfying treat, I just had to share it! It's also a great snack for kids and is a wonderful breakfast or dessert. Feel free to add more or less cinnamon and Splenda to your taste. Simple - yet delicious! Show more

  1. Slice bananas and cover with milk in a cereal bowl.
  2. Mix cinnamon and Splenda togther.
  3. Add to bananas and milk and stir well.
