  1. HEAT oven to 350°F Spray bottom only of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick spray. Combine butter and sugar in large bowl; beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and vanilla; mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Press dough into bottom of pan.
  2. SPRINKLE remaining 1/2 cup pecans over dough; press in lightly.
  3. BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
