Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup quick oats
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Microwave oats and milk for 2 minutes or until mixture is cooked to desired consistency.
- Add honey cinnamon and salt.
- Stir and enjoy!
