Ingredients
- 1 quart French vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Directions
- Soften the vanilla ice cream until it is workable but not melted.
- Fold in cinnamon and shredded coconut, streaking both through the ice cream.
- Refreeze.
