Cinnamon Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts or 1⁄2 cup pecans
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a non-stick muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir in sugars, then cinnamon chips and nuts.
- In a small bowl, combine the milk, egg and oil; stir into dry ingredients.
- Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 18-21 minutes, or until golden brown.
