  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place a 9"x13" pan half filled with hot tap water on lower rack of oven.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs and cinnamon and mix til smooth.
  5. Pour in pie crust and place on upper rack over pan with water.
  6. Bake 35 minutes. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
