Cinnamon Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (level)
- 1 (9 inch) premade graham cracker pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place a 9"x13" pan half filled with hot tap water on lower rack of oven.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix well.
- Add eggs and cinnamon and mix til smooth.
- Pour in pie crust and place on upper rack over pan with water.
- Bake 35 minutes. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
