- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix flour, oats, 1/4 C sugar, baking powder & salt.
- Cut butter into small pieces and mix with a pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly.
- Beat milk, egg, & vanilla together and add to other ingredients.
- Spoon batter into a non stick scone pan.
- Mix together 2T sugar, and 2T cinnamon, and sprinkle over scones.
- Bake 11-13 minutes, or until tops of scones just start to brown.
