Cinnamon Brownies

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2⁄3 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Frosting
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 2 2⁄3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine cocoa and baking soda; blend in 1/3 cup margarine.
- Add boiling water, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and rest of butter. Add flour, cinnamon and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool.
- Frosting:.
- Cream butter. Combine cocoa, sugar, and cinnamon. Add to butter with milk. Beat well. Add vanilla; mix well. Spread over brownies.
