Cinnamon Applesauce Yeast Bread (abm)

Delicious and moist bread. Wonderful served warm and slathered with honey butter or great to use for making French toast. Bake time is according to bread machine.

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups applesauce
• 2  tablespoons butter
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 1  cup whole wheat flour
• 2  cups bread flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to bread machine in order given by the manufacturer.
2. Check the dough after 5 minutes of kneading; if too wet, add more flour.
