Cinnamon Apple Butter

Yields: 4-6 pints
Ingredients
- 8 cups applesauce
- 5 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 (6 ounce) bag red cinnamon candies
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a heavy sauce pan.
- Cook on low to medium for 30 minutes or til desired thickness.
- Pour into pint sized containers and seal.
