Cinnamon Apple Almond Stacks

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whole raw almonds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 apples, cored
- 3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
- 1⁄4 cup almond butter
Directions
- In food processor, combine almonds and cinnamon until nuts are roughly chopped.
- Cut apples into slices. Lay on a flat surface and drizzle with half of the agave nectar. Flip over and repeat.
- Press apple slices into almond mixture until evenly coated.
- Gently spread each slice of apple with about 1 teaspoon almond butter. Stack slices.
