Cinna-Raisin Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 3 cups reduced-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda granular
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a heavy medium-sized saucepan. Stir in salt and rice. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed (about 12 minutes).
- Add milk, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, cinnamon and raisins. Cook, uncovered, over low heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the milk is absorbed (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
