Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients
- 1 quart water
- 2 lbs ground meat
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 large chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 large whole bay leaves
Directions
- Crumble raw meat into water, add all ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer for 3 hours. Remove garlic toe and bay leaves.
