Cilantro-Seasoned Corn

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium tomatoes, peeled,seeded,and chopped
Directions
- Combine first six ingredients in a 2 qt baking dish; stir well.
- Cover with wax paper and microwave at high for 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in tomato, cover and microwave or high for 1-2 minutes or until corn is tender.
