Cilantro Lime Dressing

Found on line and now love it at home. Easy and so good!

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup  rice wine vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1  teaspoon  purred chipotle chile in adobo
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1  cup  chopped cilantro, stems and leaves
• 3⁄4 cup  oil (the recipe says canola, but I used olive oil)

Directions

1. 1. In a blender, blend everything except the oil.
2. 2. In a steady stream add the oil, until smooth.
