Cilantro Black Bean Balsamic Based Salsa

Refreshing-- :) There is another recipe on this site that is very close. I am adding my measurements for my own records :)

• Serves: 1
• Yields: 1 batch

Ingredients

• 1 (14 1/2ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
• 1⁄2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1⁄2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1⁄2 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1  bunch green onion, chopped (white part and some green)
• 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  coriander (or more to taste)
• 1⁄2 cup parsley, chopped
• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 4  tablespoons  balsamic vinegar
•  salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper or  Tabasco sauce

Directions

1. I make the day before an event. It is refreshing :) with the balsamic base. I have put over chicken as well -- and one time I set it out at BBQ and some people scooped it up like a salad and they loved it :).
